Welcome to the new Protein Core Facility at UVM. Over the past several years, UVM has been the recipient of two NIH Shared Instrumentation Grants that have purchased a Voyager DE MALD-TOF Mass Spectrometer and an automated solid-phase peptide synthesizer (Symphony Cascade from Protein Technologies, Inc).

We are now offering the following services:

  • Custom made peptides
  • A limited mass spectrometry service
